You can register either in person at our school in Vienna or conveniently online through our course configurator on our website.

No – at speakeasy Vienna, there are no additional or hidden fees. Course materials are not included in the price but can be conveniently purchased directly at the front desk.

At our speakeasy Vienna language school, you can pay conveniently in cash or by card. If you book a course or exam through our website, payment options include credit card, PayPal, debit card, or Sofortüberweisung.

At speakeasy Vienna, you can regularly benefit from attractive special offers, such as early-bird discounts or our “Bring-a-Friend” bonus when you refer a friend to a course. Longer course bookings also pay off: the more months you book, the lower the price. Please note that these discounts apply only to consecutive months.

At speakeasy Vienna, you can choose from several daily time slots: 9:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 3:00 p.m., and 6:00 p.m., allowing you to fit your course seamlessly into your daily routine.
Want to switch to a different time slot? No problem! As long as there is a spot available in your desired group, you can easily change. Switching between online and in-person courses is also possible. For more information or help planning your course, just contact our customer team – we’re happy to assist you.

If you wish to reschedule or cancel your course, please inform us at least 10 days before the course starts. This way, you can move your course to another month free of charge or receive a refund of up to 70% of the course fee.
After this period or once the course has started, rescheduling or cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.

We do not provide accommodation ourselves, but we are happy to help with useful tips and recommendations so you can find a suitable room or apartment in Vienna.

Yes! Our Super-Intensive German Course with 18 lessons per week meets the requirements for a language visa as well as a preparatory study visa in Austria.
After registration, you will receive an official enrollment confirmation from us, which you can use directly for your visa application. Our team is also happy to assist you with any questions regarding the registration process.

Our group courses at speakeasy Vienna are limited to a maximum of 14 participants. Small groups allow for practical, hands-on lessons where everyone can actively participate and get the most out of the course.

At speakeasy Vienna, we follow the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) and divide our courses into clear levels. This way, you can see exactly how to progress step by step.
In our Intensive Courses, each sublevel (e.g., A1.1 or B1.2) takes about one month – B2.2 takes two months, and C1 takes four months. Evening Courses take longer because the weekly lesson time is shorter.

Yes! At speakeasy Vienna, you can take official telc exams at all levels from A1 to C1 Hochschule as well as ÖSD exams to officially certify your German skills. Information about exam dates, procedures, and registration is available on our website.

speakeasy is located in the heart of Vienna and is easily accessible by bus, subway, or tram. Our online courses are conducted via Zoom. Detailed information about your course will be sent to you by email at least two days before the course starts.

You can conveniently purchase coursebooks and work materials directly at our school.

No problem! If there is a spot available in another group, you can easily switch to a suitable course within the month.

Unfortunately, confirmed exam dates cannot be rescheduled or canceled. Please plan your registration carefully.
